Returns

To return a Tee Shirt Republic product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at sales@teeshirtrepublic.com.au  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned:  Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned. Returns must also comply with our user agreement.

Tee Shirt Republic stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact  us within 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase. Subject to the following criteria we will refund or replace the full price or order producted, excluding postage and processing costs.

Tee Shirt Republic products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art printing equipment.

Tee Shirt Republic takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.

  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.

  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.

  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type, size and/or colour.

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect Sizes, Stlye or Colour

  • Delayed delivery of Goods.

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Tee Shirt Republic does not proof your design before production.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
